## Local-first posture

Repository code, diffs, terminal output, agent transcripts, and ordinary local agent API keys stay on the user's machine for local desktop use. Code reaches third-party AI providers only when the user launches an agent under that provider's terms.

## Cloud data (when used)

When you use cloud features, Dispatcher may store account information, synced tasks/projects/docs/sites content, organization membership, connected integration tokens, and limited analytics/diagnostics.
