## Agent execution (critical)

Dispatcher is a workflow orchestrator and conduit, not an AI agent. It launches third-party agents chosen by the user, on the user's machine, with the user's credentials. Users authorize agent actions by dispatching them and must review output before merging or shipping. Dispatcher disclaims liability for agent errors, hallucinations, destructive commands, secret exposure, data loss, and third-party API costs. Third-party harness use is governed by those vendors' terms.

## Credentials

Users protect local devices and secrets. AI provider keys typically remain with local agent CLIs / the user environment. Integration OAuth tokens may be stored to operate connected features (see Privacy Policy).

## Published Sites
